The Kaushal Panjee scheme will work as a mobilization tool through which the registration for these two schemes can be done. About Kaushal Panjee Scheme 2022-23

Hon’ble Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar launched Kaushal Panjee on 25 September 2017. All the individuals who want to register to develop their skills can now apply by filling Kaushal Panjee online registration form. The resident who will be registered will be given skill training and employment under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana (DDUGKY) and Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI). The candidate doesn’t have to pay any amount for registration under Kaushal Panjee Scheme. Under the DDU-GKY scheme, the individual will be given IT and English training, based on the merit-based choice of area. By taking the help of the Kaushal Panjee scheme, the individual can connect with Training partners and banks that are working together with the Ministry of Rural Development

Kaushal Panjee Objective

The main aim of the Kaushal Panjee Scheme is to support all rural youth by providing skill training. With the help of this scheme, the youth will also be encouraged to start new businesses. The scheme will help the candidates to show their hidden talents.

Features of Kaushal Panjee

On 25th September 2017 honorable minister, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar launched the Kaushal Panjee scheme.
The scheme includes the complete process of candidates from registration to placement.
Interested candidates will receive alerts on Rojgar Mela (Job Fairs).
All the applicants will be getting training in their nearby city or village.
Registered candidates will be getting compulsory 6 to 10 months of training.
The applicants are provided with 50 sector options from which they can choose their skill development training course.
The individual will be given the job after completion of the Skill register internship.
The job will be for a minimum of 3 months with a salary of Rs. 8,000 per month.
The applicant will also get the chance to get training in Multi-National Companies (MNCs), through this scheme.
This tool also includes all the stakeholders like MoRD, SRLM, PIA, and employers.
